  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for change of mind, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

  • How to Request a Return:

    1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

    3. We’ll confirm the next steps and organise a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
