Q1: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the product, supplier, and your location. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Q2: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location, details will be shown at checkout.
Q3: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, orders over $75 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. International orders may have different thresholds depending on region.
Returns & Refunds
Q1: What if my pet doesn’t like the toy?
A: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you. For change-of-mind, returns are not accepted to keep prices fair and affordable.
Q2: What if the toy arrives damaged?
A: Contact us at support@thedandypettoyco.com.au within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Q3: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
